Hello, and welcome to Impromptu Productions' new blog!

With our two spring shows – the Shakespearean classic Romeo and Juliet and local playwright Clayton Garrett’s Mercutio and His Brother Valentine – opening in just over two months, we’d like to use this blog to keep the community up to date with what’s going on behind the scenes. It’s always an exciting time as things really get into full swing and various fragmented ideas begin to evolve into a polished production. While we still have a lot of work ahead of us, both the production team and the cast are hard at work to put on two impressive shows. There’s nothing quite like the creative energy that flows from a group of people who come together to create something special. It’s a thrilling process to be a part of, and we invite you to follow our blog and witness that process through pictures, weekly interviews with our talented cast and crew, and biweekly production updates.
